sdvande23, we have rated this product as NOT boP-free because it contains the cross reactor c12-15 alkyl benzoate.

So if I am allergic to balsam of Peru, is this going to bother me?

This should be placed under lip sunscreen. No one looks for sunscreen in this category.

Hi - We have confirmed ingredients from the Vanicream website and there are not any ingredients that cross reacts with oil of cinnamon (fragrance/botanical/cinnamate). If we can help with other questions, please let us know at sshelp@skinsafeproducts.com.

This lip sunscreen has bothered me but is considered to be on my “safe list”. Is this any ingredient that cross reacts with oil of cinnamon or any of my other allergens? Thanks!

Z12-14 alkyl Benzoate is a cross allergen with Balsam of Peru and cinnamon. I am allergic to all benzoates.
Hang tight. We're thinking.
