Product Description

O&M have developed their range of Activators using an original blend of ingredients including Avocado Oil which helps to retain the natural moisture in hair throughout the coloring process. All O&M Activators are stabilized and contain oxygen in controlled amounts, which is released once mixed with O&M tints.
