Makes hair break off; itchy eyelids and scalp

The good: almost fragrance free, good detangler and keeps hair static free. The bad: makes scalp itchy and makes my hair break off. Had my hairdresser try it as well. No hair loss at all while shampooing with different brand. As soon as this product is applied to hair there is hair breakage/loss
