For best results, apply hyaluronic acid products to damp skin (e.g., immediately after showering or rinsing your face). This gives the HA moisture to bind to. Follow with a moisturizer to help seal in hydration, especially if you have dry skin.
HA works well with most other skincare ingredients and can be used both morning and night. It is available in serums, creams, gels, and lotions. Serums typically contain higher concentrations and are applied before moisturizer, while HA-containing moisturizers combine hydration and barrier support in one step.

Many products marketed as "hypoallergenic" still contain potential allergens.
