Unfortunately after months of use I have reasons to suspect that I may be allergic or my skin is otherwise incompatible with the petrolatum within the ingredient list. I have tried using Vaseline for a day or so as a moisturiser instead and it has given me some pretty bad reactions. Further testing on my part is needed for now but I have very recently replaced my daily wash with an also-moisturising one from Ceradan (only available within Southeast Asia from the looks of it) that my former dermatologist has given me a decade plus ago and it has worked shockingly well in clearing up my flareups.

Works shockingly well, I consider it basically the equivalence to Cetaphil's Gentle Body Cleanser in that it covers you with what's essentially a layer of ceramide.
Hang tight. We're thinking.
