Hi, there has been a lot of confusion about this product and an older entry. Did you check the ingredients listed on the product packaging to see if they match the ingredients entered? It’s important to note that product ratings are based solely on the ingredients entered. This version contains only four ingredients and is unflavored. There is an older version of this product that included a peppermint oil flavor dropper, which would make it unsafe for those with a fragrance allergy and appears to be the product that you scanned. CloSYS no longer offers this version and instead has a mint-flavored mouth rinse. similar to others, I ordered this product because the SkinSafe website said it was safe. I scanned it after receiving and it is not safe. there is no flavor dropper as mentioned in previous notes. so that excuse is confusing and not valid. Disappointing that the product is not safe for me and even more disappointed at SkinSafe’s feeble response.

I ordered this product, without any option for a dropper, and my mouth was ripped apart. After that happened, I scanned the barcode on the product and it indicated it is not safe for me. Maybe there was a update to the formula that had not been taken into consideration when this item was originally markedsafe for me.

I ordered this product because it said that my daughter could use it, but when it arrived I scanned it and it says that she cannot use it. It is very disappointing because now I am nervous to order anything else recommended on this app. Online ordering is almost my only option because she is allergic to so many products and I thought this app was going to help out so much.

Hi, as mentioned last month, please note that the Optional Flavor Dropper, which contains natural mineral oil and natural peppermint oil, is NOT included in the ingredients. The product is entered as *unflavored*. The other product entry DOES include the optional flavor dropper.

Very upset!!! I used this app to locate mouthwash and ordered it from the link below the product… then I get it and scan the box and it says I cannot use it. There is one listing of this same exact product that clears it to be used and another that says it’s not. Very irritated about this.
